The audio performance of this CP power amp is simply extraordinary. Its optimized power supply unit employs a low-leakage toroidal transformer and the consistent use of Class-H technology provides extensive headroom far above the stated nominal output.
The Class-H power amp provides extremely fast, signal-dependent operating voltage switching, which doubles the regular supply voltage when needed. Compared to Class-AB power amps, Class-H power amps consume less power and generate far less power dissipation at identical output. Reduced dissipation means that these speakers may be installed in rack shelf systems with with less space between appliances.
