d&b audiotechnik D12 Amplifier
This amp has both analog and digital signal inputs as well as link outputs, remote control and monitoring capabilities and sophisticated protection circuits. It not only powers, but comprehensively controls d&b's loudspeakers by using DSP (Digital Signal Processing) to provide loudspeaker configurations, functions and sophisticated protection.
Both channels of the D12 have user-definable 4-band parametric equalization and delay capabilities, while d&b Load monitoring and System check are incorporated to monitor driver condition.
The amplifier is equipped with analog and AES/EBU digital signal inputs with digital elements specified and constructed to achieve audio performance meeting or exceeding that of analog devices. This comprehensive functionality of d&b's amplifiers can also be accessed via the d&b Remote network.
The D12 is designed for use with all d&b loudspeakers, including the Q1 and Q-SUB line array speakers and the M4 stage monitor.
