SRS Labs CSE-07D Digital Circle Surround® All-Digital 6.1 Matrix Encoder
This is the world’s first highly flexible, digital 6.1 matrix encoder that makes possible the encoding of up to 6.1 channels of discrete digital program material for transmission via any stereo medium.
With surround imaging maintained as low as 48kbps and offering home-theater quality surround at 128kbps and above, Circle Surround is truly the world’s most robust matrix technology available today.
Whether the delivery vehicle is AAC, MPEG, WMA, IBOC, SD or HD broadcasting, or DAB, your surround mix will be delivered with unbelievable accuracy. A selectable Bass Manage Mode also offers the professional audio engineer full control over the LFE channel. The Digital Circle Surround Encoder supports 44.1kHz and 48kHz and is AES Pair 1 and AES 11 sync source compliant. In addition, the unit provides both analog and AES/EBU digital Lt/Rt outputs for broad studio compatibility.
It is the perfect complement to the Digital Circle Surround® Decoder.
