Marantz CDR420 Portable CD/MP3 Recorder
This is the industry's first portable CD recording system designed to completely eliminate the need for a PC for audio conversion, post production, and CD manufacturing. Its internal 20GB hard drive has a storage capacity of up to 1800 hours of MP3-quality recordings or 24 hours of uncompressed 44.1/48kHz quality WAV files. When recording is complete, files can be burned onto a series of traditional audio CDs or onto one single MP3 CD, which will hold up to 45 hours of audio.
A USB 2.0 port allows fast file transfer to computer; connect a computer keyboard directly to the unit for easy file naming. Onboard editing is easy with Quick Jump audio navigation, copy, cut, and paste capabilities, and Marantz's exclusive Audio Overlap feature at the beginning of each CD for easy multiple-CD volume creation.
The unit also features an internal time/date clock with auto time date stamping and timer auto record.
