Telecast SHED HDX-ST Powered Adaptor
This SMPTE Hybrid Elimination Device is designed for HD camera systems from Sony, Ikegami, Thompson and Panasonic. It allows operation of SMPTE hybrid fiber-equipped cameras on ordinary single-mode optical fibers.
Applications include remote studios and sports broadcasting, overcoming the distance limits of hybrid camera cables, and taking advantage of single-mode fiber infrastructure in stadiums.
