Account with a Security Deposit
- Use for rentals with equipment replacement value of less than $10,000.
- Can be used for clients with infrequent or small rental needs.
- Account set up within 2 to 5 days, depending on the response time of your references. Be sure to allow adequate time for processing the application. The VER credit team understands the demanding nature of “the business” and wants to ensure that your equipment needs are met on time, every time.
- Please note that VER cannot guarantee Net 30 Terms to every customer.
Instructions and Forms
1. Contact a VER rental agent to discuss your equipment needs and determine the replacement cost of the equipment.2. Download and complete the Account With Security Deposit [200 kb doc] application. Be sure to indicate that you are requesting Net 30 terms.
3. Download the Account With Insurance [232 kb doc] application and complete the Bank and Trade References page.
4. Print, sign, and fax all application pages to 818-956-1178. You will be notified once your application is received and processed.
5. Contact your rental agent to confirm the rental.
You may use cash, check, money order, a credit card or a wire transfer (where appropriate) to pay for equipment rental. Deposits must be made with cash or credit card only.

- MasterCard
- American Express
To use a credit card, please fax to 818-956-1178:
- A copy (front and back) of the card being used
- The driver's license of the cardholder
- The Credit Card Authorization form in your application
